Throughout her extensive career, she has worked alongside educators across the United States and in eight countries, witnessing firsthand the unique challenges—and opportunities—faced by Christian educators around the world.
Recognizing the need for ongoing encouragement and spiritual support, Dr. Minor founded Victorious Educator Ministries(VEM), a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping educators to live out their faith confidently and victoriously in their schools. She believes that every classroom is a mission field, and that when Christian educators walk in the peace, love, and joy of Christ, they have the power to impact students, colleagues, and families for eternity.
